Milton Friedman was one of the most brilliant Economic thinkers of the modern era. For me, he was able to take a complex subject and phrase it in simple, common terms which were understandable to anyone. That is the definition of a BRILLIANT TEACHER.

Nice Post Bill,

On occassion I go to Coulters blog...to get a feel for just how peezed off typical Tea Party advocates are with GOP Leadership. It is overwhelming, yet we continue to hear dribble regarding Romney's presumed "Electability" as the Theme for establishment reasoning.

This is absurd, and here is why:

1. Romney is a card carrying Mormon. Am ok with this although "Not so Much". Mormonism REJECTS Christianity (One God/Trinity and Nicene). This "Elephant in the Room" is issue that WILL assist the prince of belair while diminishing the energy of Christian Tea Party...(at least 70%)...thus we lose.

2. Romney is Proud, and Defends Individual STATES controlling Healthcare. Thus Government Control...and not a twit of real difference. Tea Party wants Free Market Solution (Across State Line Competition), and Romney does not.

3. Romney has little to no appeal to Middle Class folks or even upper middle class folks...His appeal is to Financial Elites...as is Obama's...Just wants "His" elites to divide the stolen Booty....Clear/Apparent from R's actions and words.

Do not see this on your page. Very interesting. Manning report with gentleman in Obama Eligibility hearing. Information we didn't hear b/c all testimony was not necessary.

Republicratism and Evangelism. It is the perfect marriage of religion and business culture. God will forgive everything so you can do what ever you want to anybody. The Supreme Court will soon succeed the church as the arbiter of all things American, just like the Ayatollahs.

Governor Rick Perry forgives Candidate Newt Gingrich's sins.

Anthony,
I Love This piece. The only thing I may have done differently is drop the capital 'S' on "senators" and used the proper noun for ""huggies"".

Just kidding, of course. You are the real deal......if I were in your district you'd have my support!

Speaking of congressional district 17, it's ironic because in my own state we had Posse Comitatus violated in district 17..... Little coincidence there I reckon.

The one ingredient that I think should be at least hinted around at in the Fear Soup is our ever increasing complacency. I think that in some ways with so much technology and information instantaneously, that maybe we are suffering from some type of information overload.....which at first acts like a sugar (or other) rush and then a burn-out phase where people start getting numb. OR... Think of complacency this way: I keep seeing on TV all these murders, reading these horrible things online ..... Or on Facebook :) yet... Nobody has broken into my home and tried to murder my family nor have the police, in full riot gear, moved in to haul me off into any number of FEMA or GITMO-type places for violating some law I never heard of.

SO- I've put off purchasing guns, a handgun..... Let alone the tedious task of an all day class to get my CHL. And when/if the time comes where we are called upon by our local militia chapter's...... We are, at that point, at the very least, a burden to society.

Now back to CupCake Wars with the wife......

If he were not black, would they accuse him of being a foreigner?. Mitt Romney's father was actually born in Mexico. Isn't it funny that no one ever questioned his nationality? He was actually Mexican born and because his parents were Americans, he was thereby American. This guy is a great artist, but I think his art is designed to foment hate.

Regarding the Tea Party post on Facebook - Republican Destroys NBC News Anchors On Live TV - NBC allows opposing viewpoints but the TEA PARTY has blacklisted and blocked me from posting opposing comments. So who is more democratic and supports free speech, NBC or The TEA PARTY? Here's a hint - it is not the TEA PARTY.
