Why do most right-wingers complain so much that USA is a Republic and not a Democracy when they support majority rule? The USA is a Republic so the majority wont have the power to oppress the minority, this only seems to matter the Republican when they do not have the Majority, when they do have that power, they live and breathe mob-rule mentality that was supposed to be stifles when the USA was created as a Republic. In other words, Republican Party does not equal a Republic.
