I AM THE TEA PARTY! is a peaceful statement of AMERICAN UNITY.  We are unified by our common values and belief in the personal and states rights confirmed in the US constitution and declaration of independence. We are a civil force to bring about the restoration of constitutional freedoms in America!

We are (T)axed (E)nough (A)lready! and we are FOR the following principles:

  1. Restoration of founding Federalist principles / States Rights
  2. Tax reform & economic growth through the FAIR TAX
  3. Fiscal Responsibility,  Transparency, & Accountability
  4. Free Markets
  5. Sound money and monetary policy
  6. Private Charity

WE ARE THE PEOPLE. WE ARE THE STATES! “The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.” -The 10th Amendment of the US Constitution.  SIMPLE & CLEAR

    MLK believed that the content of our character is important. And he also believed in nonviolent protests. We say we are Americans because of the manifest destiny theory.

    It has everything to do with judging others by the content of their character not the color of their skin. We are just AMERICANS; first last and always. NOT hyphenated-hybrids…not African-Americans, Hispanic-Americans, Irish-Americans, German-Americans, etc. I am not a “white-American”.

    I have come to realize that the leaders in Washington are only partially to blame for the explosion of big government and it's ever growing intrusions into our lives because it has only come to be the way it is because for too long We, the People allowed it to happen..and in some cases allowed our fear to drive us to beg them to “do something”. It's high time we the People as well as our State governments to stand up and tell Washington, DC in one united voice “No more..here it ends..this far and no farther”. If we hope to revitalize the 10th Amendment then some of our State representatives are going to have to step up and be ready to handle the authority that has been usurped by the federal government because if we get the States back the authority that is rightfully theirs they better know what to do with it or we'll be no better off than when we started. I just hope I can see a full restoration of the Republic our founding fathers gave us in my lifetime because what we've had for the past century or so is not what the founders pledged to eachother their lives, their fortunes and their sacred honor to give us. Let us save the Republic from those who would destroy it and enslave us.

    Liberals never learn. Liberals are insecure socialists and Socialists are insecure Communists. The belief that the government can do everything deludes them, even in their foreign policy. To believe that anything Israel does will stop terrorism(other then killing terrorists) is at best delusional, at worst pure antisemitism. Its like saying maybe if all the Jews in Europe walked into the gas chambers on their own there wouldn’t have been a world war

    God bless all men and women in flesh,I em a freedom fighter,Patriot of the Declaration of Inependence,And to protect the U.S Constitustion! as well as the bill of rights! down to the human rights..i never understood how meany people will stand tall on that issue.I thought i was alone.
    As a American and free solvent ciizen of the u.s as well as Ohio! i want to,
    influence a positve movment.to apose the real treat.and restore capitalism,peace,defence,and liberty for are future.from the POEPLE by the PEOPLE and for the PEOPLE! last but not lease,found and protect a new financial situation,for the hard working and needy.we need to focus on subjects that are more responsible,serius as a AMERICAN group of humans!     The FairTax sounds awfully convoluted to me, and it doesn’t seem to get rid of all the paperwork that a flat tax would. 

    What about folks that currently make a living on earnings that are not taxable?  Isn’t that quite a tax increase for them?

    It doesn’t address all of the unlawful spending that is occurring when the government institutes programs that are unconstitutional so folks would still be funding unconstitutional programs.

    If we got our government down to a lawful, constitutional size, no other taxes than lawful duties and excise taxes would be required to pay for the national government…
